COVID-19-Pandemie: Guidelinewechsel 2020 verschoben
Aufgrund der aktuellen COVID-19-Pandemie wird der geplante Guidelineswechsel 2020 (Guidelines 2020) um ein Jahr verschoben. Das European Resuscitation Council (ERC) teilte mit, dass es diese Jahr keinen Guidelineswechel 2020 gibt. Damit entfallen die neuen Guidelines 2020. Geplant ist der Guidelineswechsel 2021 (Guidelines 2021). Gütesiegel 2015 des Swiss Resuscitation Council (SRC) bleiben damit bis 31.12.2022 gültig.

Wie das European Resuscitation Council (ERC) gestern 30. März 2020 mitteilte, hat das ERC Board am 27. März 2020 entschieden den geplanten Guidelineswechel (Guidelines 2020) um ein Jahr zu verschieben (neue Guidelines 2021).
Das ERC schreibt dazu:

The ERC Board has taken the decision on Friday, 27th of March, to postpone publication of the ERC Guidelines until 2021. This decision has been taken mainly because most of our colleagues who are currently participating in the ERC Guideline process are heavily involved in managing the COVID-19 crisis, many being on the front lines with a vital role in the clinical care of their patients.
These are challenging times for all of us and we are conscious that many of you have asked the ERC for guidance on resuscitation training and practice during this COVID-19 pandemic. Several National Resuscitation Councils have already produced guidance and, in some cases, published this online.
A rapid review has just been completed by ILCOR so that the science on the risk of transmission of viral infection during CPR can be evaluated. The ERC will take the ILCOR recommendations and combine these with the results of the NRC survey to produce guidance on CPR for both in- and out-of-hospital cardiac arrest.

Swiss Resuscitation Council (SRC): Gütesiegel 2015 bis 31.12.2022 gültig
Das Resuscitation Council (SRC) informierte gestern 30. März 2020, dass es in Konsistenz mit dem Entscheid des ERC im Herbst 2020 keinen Guidelinewechsel und damit keine neuen Guidelines 2020 geben wird. Der Guidelinewechsel wird um ein Jahr verschoben (neue Guidelines 2021). Die aktuellen SRC-Gütesiegel 2015 behalten damit ihre Gültigkeit bis 31.12.2022.

Das SRC informierte die Kursanbieter dazu gestern folgend:
In Folge dieser Verschiebung wird im Herbst 2020 kein REA-Guidelines-Wechsel mit anschliessender Überarbeitung der Kursanforderung SRC stattfinden.
Die aktuellen Gütesiegel 2015 behalten somit ihre Gültigkeit bis 31.12.2022 (alles verschiebt sich um ein Jahr).
